Good afternoon! My name is Leysan. As long as I can remember, I’ve always dreamed of traveling, knowing many foreign languages, and working with interesting people. I am very happy that I have managed to achieve all this!

Since 2006, I have been living in France, a country of incredible beauty, culture, and aesthetics, which I sincerely love and consider Bordeaux my second home.

I graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Languages and worked in tourism for a long time. In Bordeaux, I received a diploma as a winemaking technologist and even made wine myself, to say the least, I am simply in love with the world of wine! Now, I have combined tourism and wine and started working as a guide in wine tourism to share my knowledge and passion for Bordeaux and its wines. It truly is a dream job, and I still can hardly believe that I am paid for it!

So why is my project called “Culture and Wine” if we mostly talk about wine and gastronomy? The thing is, as a desperate aesthete, I absolutely need everything around me to be beautiful. I love art, culture, architecture, and can’t imagine my life without museums where the atmosphere is literally permeated with beauty. On city tours, I draw parallels between events and historical facts with paintings of my favorite artists so that they remain in your memory even more vividly.

My philosophy is to live for people and to create unique and happy moments in their lives! I will be very happy to share my love for Bordeaux with you!
