Pessac-Léognan holds my favourite "secret" wines of Bordeaux. It is the region's only appellation equally famous for its rich reds and its elegant dry whites. Here, among ancient oaks and gravelly hills, sit châteaux with centuries of history.
We'll visit prestigious Grand Cru Classé estates and walk their vineyards and cellars. It's the ideal route if you want to understand the wines of Bordeaux and feel the true, deep world of Bordeaux wine.
